Easter Bark is a quick, no bake homemade Easter treat. Also known as Easter Candy Bark, this treat is ready in less than 30 minutes.
Prep Time:5 minutes
Cook Time:15 minutes
Total Time:20 minutes
16 sheets of chocolate graham crackers from one box
16 ounces white chocolate (I used Candiquik brand)
1 cup Easter M&M’s
1 cup chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs (the chocolate ones, not the cream ones!)
Assorted sprinkles and cupcake pearls in pastel colors
Line a large jelly roll sheet pan with 16 graham crackers, breaking to fit evenly.
Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Or, place in a glass bowl; microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue to microwave and stir in 15 second intervals until smooth. I used Candiquik and needed a total of two minutes.
Pour melted white chocolate over the graham crackers and spread to cover.
Sprinkle with assorted candies and sprinkles before white chocolate sets up.
Place in refrigerator to harden-about 10-15 minutes.
Removed bark from pan and chop into desired sizes. I like it as uneven as possible!
