Creamy Sausage Pasta 

with Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

– heavy cream  – white wine – chicken broth – onion – garlic – smoked sausage 

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Sauté sausage, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables have softened and add galic.

2. Add pasta, chicken broth, wine, salt, pepper, and thyme to the sausage mixture, stir to combine and bring mixture to a boil, cover pan with lid and cook for 6 minutes.

4. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Gently combine.

Expert Tips for making Creamy Sausage Pasta

Be sure to use a pan with a lid.  The pasta will cook best when the pan is covered because it keeps the moisture in. If you don't have a a lid, you may need to add more hot chicken broth or water to replace the evaporated liquid.
