Baked Spaghetti Casserole with Ricotta

This easy Baked Spaghetti Casserole has a ground beef tomato sauce and layers of creamy, cheesy goodness. Family friendly and ready in less than 1 hour.

Ingredients you will need for this Baked Spaghetti Casserole:

– ground beef – yellow onion – garlic – salt and pepper – marinara sauce – Italian seasoning – spaghetti pasta noodles – cream cheese  – ricotta cheese – parmesan cheese – mozzarella cheese  – basil


1. Cook ground beef, chopped onions, garlic and seasoning until meat is browned. Add jarred marinara sauce. 2. Cook pasta to al dente in heavily salted water.


3. Add pasta to ground beef tomato sauce mixture and coat the noodles with sauce. 4. Combine cream cheese, ricotta and parmesan cheese.


How do I make it ahead?   Prepare the recipe but instead of baking it, cover it with foil and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake. Preheat the oven to 375º F and bake covered for 1 hour
