How to make French Dip Sandwiches

oil onion & garlic beer & beef broth chuck roast ketchup & Worcestershire herbs & spices hoagie rolls cheese
1. Season meat well on both sides of the chuck roast.
2. Sear both sides until well browned.
3. Add onions then broth and beer.
4. Cook on high pressure.
5. Shred meat and strain au jus.
6. Layer meat on bread and melt cheese.
