This Ground Beef Ramen recipe is a quick and easy stir fry dinner recipe full of Asian flavor! Great for busy weeknights!

This quick ramen noodle recipe cooks up in about 30 minutes and in one pot! 

Ingredients you will need:

– Ground beef – Garlic cloves – White button mushrooms  – Water  – Cabbage  – Ramen noodles discard – Green onions


1. Heat large pan or wok over medium heat. 2. Toast garlic and add beef, cook until browned. 3. Add mushrooms and green onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.


4. Push beef to sides of pan, place ramen noodles in center of pan in water.  5. Cook for 1 minute and incorporate mushroom mixture..

Recipe Tips and FAQ's

For a gluten-free and low carb option, use Shiratake noodles instead. Try the recipe using ground turkey or chicken for a different variation.
