You can use different methods to mix up the sauce:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir vigorously with a whisk until well combined.
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Close lid tightly and shake until well combined.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.

I like to double the recipe and use a mason jar to store the leftovers for another day.Use as a marinade for meats and vegetables.Use as a dipping sauce for gyoza, pot stickers, and egg rolls.
