In a large bowl add olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stir it.
Add the mushroom to the bowl, toss until the mushrooms are completely coated.
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370, ˚F for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
Once cooked, top with lemon zest and fresh rosemary.
Notes
You can keep the mushrooms for up to 3 days in the fridge, but it's better to eat them immediately because the texture will change over time, and they will become soggier.
Do not Freeze.
You can substitute the fresh rosemary for fresh parsley or fresh thyme.
