Add oats to the blender and pulse a couple times until the oats a a coarse powder.
Add milk, yogurt, strawberries, and maple syrup and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
Notes
I used old fashioned rolled oats for this recipe. Substitute with quick oats if desired. Since quick oats are cut finer, you may not need to pulse them in the blender as long.If your strawberries are sweet, you may not need to add maple syrup, or you may want to use less. You can also use a no-calorie sweetener if preferred-just adjust the amount of sweetener to your personal preference.
