Mushroom and Sausage Pasta


This recipe is full of smoked sausage, mushrooms, and is covered in a creamy, flavorful  sauce.

– salmon – Salt and pepper – sweet chili sauce – English cucumber – rice vinegar – sugar – red pepper flakes – Lime wedges – Hot cooked rice

HOW TO MAKE  Creamy Sausage Pasta:

– Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. – Saute sausage, onion, & mushrooms in olive oil until sausage is browned & vegetables have softened. – Stir in garlic & saute with other ingredients for 30 seconds.

HOW TO MAKE  Creamy Sausage Pasta:

– Add pasta, chicken broth, wine, salt, pepper, and thyme, to the sausage mixture. Stir to combine. Bring mixture to boil, put the lid on, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 6 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE  Creamy Sausage Pasta:

– When pasta is tender, stir in heavy cream to incorporate completely. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring to melt. – Sauce will thicken upon standing.
