Bake pizza crust according to package directions for pre-baking (I did 8 minutes at 400 degrees F).
While the crust bakes, cook ground beef: over medium high heat, brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders. Cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove crust from the oven. Top with cooked ground beef mixture. Then top with slices of American cheese.
Return pizza to oven and bake for an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are lightly browned.
Remove pizza from the oven. Spoon Big Mac sauce over the melted cheese. Spread out evenly, if desired. Top with lettuce, pickles and sesame seeds.
Notes
Variations:You can spread some of the sauce on the crust after pre-baking or mix it with the ground beef after it's been cooked. Use any crust, just follow the instructions for pre-baking.
