Fresh ingredients will give you the best flavor.This recipe was made with 3 large cloves of garlic. It is very garlicky! Since clove size varies, you may want to adjust to your preference. More garlic means more garlic flavor, less garlic will make it more mild.Use a food processor if you don't have a blender.If you want little specs of cilantro leaves in your sauce, I recommend blending all the other ingredients first, then add the chopped cilantro and pulse until the cilantro is blended to your preference.Adapted from A Sassy Spoon
