½cup(one stick) unsalted butter, softened enough to spread
2tablespoongarlic powder
1tablespoonparmesan cheesefresh or canned
1tablespoonchopped Italian parsley
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheeseadjust up or down to taste
½teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Cut bread in half crosswise then cut each piece vertically to get four pieces. Trim the bread so it will fit in your air fryer basket and work in batches.
Mix butter, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and sea salt. Spread an even amount on each piece of bread.
Sprinkle about ½ cup mozzarella cheese on each piece of bread.
Sprinkle paprika over bread slices, evenly.
Place prepared bread in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes, or until desired crispness. 5 minutes is on the softer side, so adjust time to your liking. Slice.
