Easter Bark is a no-bake quick and easy homemade Easter treat. This version is made with chocolate graham crackers, white chocolate, chocolate M&M’s, and Cadbury Mini Eggs.

Easter BarkIf you’re looking for a quick and easy Easter treat you need to give this Easter Bark recipe a try. The pretty pastel colors look great on the dessert or snack table. And if you don’t tell anyone, they won’t know how it easy it was to prepare–it can be our little secret!

What do i need to make Easter Bark?

You may already have these items in your pantry, but if not all you’ll need is:

  • 16 sheets of chocolate graham crackers from one box
  • 16 ounces white chocolate (I used Candiquik brand)
  • 1 cup Easter M&M’s
  • 1 cup chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs (the chocolate ones, not the cream ones!)
  • Assorted sprinkles and cupcake pearls in pastel colors

How do I make Easter Bark?

This is a very simple recipe. See the recipe card for full instructions.

  • Line a large jelly roll sheet pan with graham crackers, breaking to fit evenly.
  • Chop the mini eggs, but leave the M&M’s whole.
  • Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Or, place in a glass bowl; microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue to microwave and stir in 15 second intervals until smooth. I used Candiquik (it comes in a disposable microwavable pan) and needed a total of two minutes.
  • Pour melted white chocolate over the graham crackers and spread to cover. An offset spatula (pictured below) really comes in handy for this step. If you don’t have one, a spoon or rubber spatula can work well too.

Easter Bark in process

  • Sprinkle with assorted candies and sprinkles before white chocolate sets up.
  • Place in refrigerator to harden-about 10-15 minutes.

When I was making this recipe, I had forgotten to use my Silpat (non-stick baking mat). But to my surprise, the entire piece of Easter Bark came right out of the pan.

Easter Bark

  • Remove bark from pan and chop into desired sizes. I like it as uneven as possible!
  • Store at room temperature for several days.

How can i change this Easter Bark recipe?

You can use any candy for this recipe–try adding peanut M&M’s or mini Recess’s cups. Malted milk balls or Robin Eggs would also be a fun addition. I think I’ll add pretzels in my next batch.

You can also have fun making this recipe using leftover candy from your kids’ Easter baskets–just toss on whatever is in there! They would love to help you make it too. This recipe is super kid-friendly!
