Sriracha Mayo in a bowl with text overlay

Sriracha Mayo Recipe is a kicked up condiment that’s a perfect way to spice up burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and more! This kicked up spread also makes a great dip for French fries and onion rings. It's also a natural with fish tacos and nachos! It's easy to make at home and is sure to add a little spice to some of your favorite meals and snacks.

Did you know you can make Sriracha Mayo at home? If you've tried this spicy, kicky spread at a favorite restaurant and have wondered how to bring that flavor home, then you'll want to read on and see just how easy it is to make!

What ingredients do i need to make Sriracha Mayo?

Mayonnaise - Choose your favorite kind of mayo for this recipe. I used avocado mayo because I was able to buy a jar of it at Costco for a great price. Regular or even homemade mayo would work well.

Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce - This is where the spicy part comes in! I like to use two tablespoons, but feel free to add more (or less).

Lime - The juiciness of limes vary, so you may need just half a lime, or you may need a whole lime to get two tablespoons. If you don't have lime on hand, substitute with lemon. I recommend fresh, but you can use bottled.

Garlic Powder - I like garlic powder for this recipe, but you can substitute with fresh if you prefer. Just be sure you chop it finely or use a garlic press to avoid large chunks.

mayo, srirahca hot sauce, half a lime and garlic powder are the ingredients for sriracha mayo
