What ingredients do i need to make Sriracha Mayo?
Mayonnaise - Choose your favorite kind of mayo for this recipe. I used avocado mayo because I was able to buy a jar of it at Costco for a great price. Regular or even homemade mayo would work well.
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce - This is where the spicy part comes in! I like to use two tablespoons, but feel free to add more (or less).
Lime - The juiciness of limes vary, so you may need just half a lime, or you may need a whole lime to get two tablespoons. If you don't have lime on hand, substitute with lemon. I recommend fresh, but you can use bottled.
Garlic Powder - I like garlic powder for this recipe, but you can substitute with fresh if you prefer. Just be sure you chop it finely or use a garlic press to avoid large chunks.

Sriracha Mayo Recipe
- 1 cup mayonnaise avocado mayo for vegan
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice from ½ to 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Adjust Sriracha level to desired taste.
- Serve immediately or keep covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
